The jamgrass ensemble celebrates a decade of reimagining the music of Jerry Garcia with a new studio album, now available on all digital platforms.
Pomona, NY — Deadgrass 4, the new studio album from Deadgrass is now streaming on all major digital platforms. Marking the band's 10th anniversary, the 55-minute collection features 10 tracks and 12 songs that showcase Deadgrass' signature blend of bluegrass, improvisation, and the timeless music of Jerry Garcia.
Recorded at Sherwood Ridge Studio in Pomona, New York, Deadgrass 4 was produced by C Lanzbom and captures the spirit of Garcia's musical legacy through the acoustic instruments that first inspired him. Drawing from the worlds of Old & In the Way, the Jerry Garcia Band, and the Grateful Dead, the album bridges traditional bluegrass and folk/rock with rhythm & blues, jazz, and psychedelia.
